Filter Presses

Filter presses are pressure-driven solid-liquid separation devices that use a series of filter plates and media to dewater slurries and produce a dry filter cake. Plate-and-frame and membrane filter presses are available in a wide range of sizes and materials to suit duty-specific requirements. They are used extensively in tailings dewatering, chemical processing, and wastewater treatment.

Centrifuges

Industrial centrifuges use centrifugal force to accelerate the settling of solids from liquid streams. With capacities up to 180 L/min at 10 micron nominal filtration, they are suited to oil polishing, coolant recycling, metal-cutting fluid reclamation, and fine particle separation. Membrane Filtration

Pleated membrane cartridges provide sterilising-grade or sub-micron filtration and are widely used in pharmaceutical, beverage, and electronics manufacturing. Bag Filtration

Liquid filter bags are a cost-effective solution for high-flow bulk filtration. Felt and mesh media bags capture particles from coarse (100 micron) to fine (1 micron) and are available for standard Rosedale, Strainer, and custom housings. Single and multi-bag filter vessels are supplied and supported by Carsons Group.

Depth Filtration

Resin-bonded and wound depth cartridges offer high dirt-holding capacity and progressive filtration across their entire cross-section. They are used for pre-filtration ahead of membrane stages and for general process fluid clarification in food, beverage, and industrial applications.
